Unless otherwise stated, All items with the exception of the Sylvia Key Fob are made to order.
Current Turnaround time: 2 weeks-3 weeks after the order is placed.
However, most items will ship much sooner.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders will ship within 2-3 business days after production.
Default Shipping Speed and Service:
I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate.
For larger orders, I ship priority mail (2 days)
LOST PACKAGES:
Please remember that once Paisley & Gold drops off your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in USPS's hands.
If you fear your package is lost please contact USPS. I am unable to open any USPS cases for you, that is the buyers responsibly. You may contact Paisley & Gold for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise. If you did not purchase insurance we cannot replace your items.
ADDRESS CHANGES:
If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction do not panic! Please contact me within two days of placing your order and I will do my best to change it. Please make sure I get back to you confirming that I received the change.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I do provide international shipping services.
Please respect that I cannot declare your custom forms as a "gift" and/or state that the package is worth less than it is.
I also ask that international customers be patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. It can take up to a month to receive your package from Columbus,OH if it's being shipped abroad.
RETURNS:
Paisley & Gold values its customer service and will happily accept returns before 30 days for a full refund.
Please understand that you will have to pay for the return shipping.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Substitutions are not available for pre-made items.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Paisley & Gold Sewing does offer custom services, such as color customization, different bag options and large gift packages. Please email us for a personalized quote.
