DO you accept custom orders? 

Paisley & Gold Sewing does offer custom services, such as color customization, different bag options and large gift packages. Please email us for a personalized quote.

Do you accept returns?

We will happily accept returns before 30 days for a full refund. Please understand that you will have to pay for the return shipping and the item must be unused. 

International shipping?

We do provide international shipping services. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.Please respect that I cannot declare your custom forms as a "gift" and/or state that the package is worth less than it is. I also ask that international customers be patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. It can a month (or longer) to receive your package from Columbus,OH if it's being shipped abroad.

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

Each product will have the estimated turnaround time in the description. Please read the descriptions carefully before ordering. If your order has not shipped by the estimated shipping date, It is likely being packed and on the way to you. Please email us with any specific shipping questions. Preorders: Item shipment date will be in product title. For most orders, I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate. For larger orders, I ship priority mail (2 -3 days) please be patient when waiting for tracking updates.
