HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Hey There! Each product will have the estimated turnaround time in the description. Please read the descriptions before ordering. If your order has not shipped by the estimated shipping date, It is likely being packed and on the way to you. I always send updates if we're running behind schedule for pre-orders but I try my best to stay on schedule.
Please always feel free to email us with any specific shipping questions.
For most ready to ship items, I ship with USPS within 3-7 days of purchase.Please be patient when waiting for tracking updates as I usually ship in bulk. I try my very best to ALWAYS ship as soon as possible. I'm working everyday to make turnaround times shorter so you have your bags much sooner.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Paisley & Gold Sewing does offer custom services, such as color customization, different bag options and large gift packages. Please email us for a personalized quote. We love doing gifts for wedding parties, our dopp kits are a hit!
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We will happily accept returns before 30 days for a full refund. Please understand that you will have to pay for the return shipping and the item must be unused.

WHERE IS THE CINCY PROJECT BAG?!
As of Jan. 2020 Cincy is a seasonal item and we have one big ready to ship Cincy update on small business Saturday every year. We will soon have retailers that have them in store. Please send an email if you'd like to know where to purchase one online or in store.
WILL YOU BRING BACK OLD STYLES?
I love designing bags and I try to always create new bag styles. If a bag is available for one update, it will likely not be available for the next. However, If you love a bag that you see in our catalogue reach out and i just might be able to make one for you. -Erika

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we do ship internationally. I highly recommend sending your order via email or chat to us before ordering so that I can get you the best shipping cost possible as the price that is automatically quoted can be completely off.
WHO MAKES THE BAGS AND WHERE DO YOU SOURCE MATERIALS?
I make all the bags in my 192sq ft shed in my backyard in Columbus, OH. I cut and sew each bag with my two hands and I source about 90% of my materials from small US based businesses because its important that I support someone else in the same way that you support me. If i'm in a pinch and need something ASAP I sometimes purchase metal hardware, thread and other raw materials from larger US based companies. If you ever have a question about where leather or other textiles are sourced please reach out, i'd be happy to answer your questions. -Erika
